As a kid, I remember reading and re-reading the backs of snack food boxes. There was something about a good story that whet my appetite.
After working as a strategist helping Big Food sell products I didn’t believe in, I decided to cook up a new adventure.
Since then, I’ve hustled as a line cook, basted turkeys in July as a food stylist’s assistant, taught students how to make thousands of tortellini, and written and tested recipes for an industry-leading meal kit company.
